Many restaurants will include a section like this for people who are health conscious or who are watching their weight. Some restaurants just require you to ask for their sheet of paper or card with nutritional information. By educating yourself on good nutrition, and promising yourself not to give into cravings, you should be able to stay on track even while eating out.
