Garlic, with its antiviral antibacterial and antifungal properties is another natural yeast infection fighter.  You can either use a topically on the affected area or treat yeast infection by eating plenty of garlic everyday.

Drink water regularly.   Sure, you have heard this advice thousands of times already, but are you doing it?  It is recommended that you drink at least eight glasses of water a day.  Water will help to flush toxins out of your body making it unpleasant for the yeast to take hold.

Avoid tight clothing - especially underwear or jeans.  Also, make sure you wear cotton underwear only as other types may help breed yeast infections.
